Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with!  We hope you enjoy your purchase.  

It is our goal that every customer is satisfied with their experience shopping with as well as their purchases. 

However, we know sometimes things happen and you may feel you need to make a return or exchange.  We care about our customers and will try to make the process as smooth as possible.  So if you feel you need a return or exchange, here is our policy.

NOTICE: All cremation jewelry must be UNUSED in order for a return or exchange to be considered.  No cremation jewelry will be accepted for return or exchange if it has been used or filled with cremains/ashes.

Due to how orders are processed, we will not cancel an order once it has been paid for.  You must first wait to receive your product if you feel you need a refund or exchange and then follow the process below.

In order to be eligible for a return or exchange you must first email us at or through our contact page and request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number no later than 15 calendar days from when you receive your product you want to return or exchange.  Include your name, order number, product description and reason for return or exchange in your email. 

Only products which you received in an already broken or defective condition will be considered for returns and exchanges. 

If your return or exchange request is accepted and you receive an RMA number, you must ship the complete product and all its components, papers and original packaging in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged further in any way to the address given and write the RMA number on the outside of the package.  You must include a tracking number when you return ship your item to us and email that tracking number to us.  Return shipments without tracking numbers will not be accepted.  All shipping costs and fees when shipping back a returned or exchanged product are the sole responsibility of the buyer.  We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Return or exchange requests initiated more than 15 days from when you received your product will not be accepted.  Return or exchange requests for products more than 15 days after you received them will not be accepted.

If you never received your product at all, a full refund may be issued after 30 days have passed from the date your product was shipped out to you.  Either use our contact form or email with your name, order number and which product(s) of your order you did not receive.

IMPORTANT:  If a refund is granted, refunds will ONLY be sent to the exact method of payment and account originally used for the purchase or order being refunded.  Example, a credit card used for purchase would receive a refund back to that exact credit card or a PayPal account used for purchase would receive a refund back to that exact PayPal account.  If it is not possible to refund the exact payment method and account used for the purchase or order being refunded, then a replacement item or store credit will be issued at the discretion of

All refunds given for reasons other than products received in an already broken or defective state will have a standard 20% restocking fee applied and subtracted from the amount to be refunded. 

Trendy Blessings retains the right to ultimately decide, if approved, which will be granted, an exchange or refund. 

We strongly advise carefully reading sizing charts on product pages and washing and drying instructions on products and following accordingly.  Designs are meant to last for many washings if washed correctly but not if mistreated.
