It is our goal that every customer is satisfied with their experience shopping with as well as their cool and trendy purchases. 

However, we know sometimes things happen and if you feel you need to make a return or exchange, here is our refund policy.

NOTICE: All cremation jewelry must be UNUSED in order for a return to be considered.  No cremation jewelry will be accepted for return if it has been used or filled with cremains/ashes.

In order to be eligible for a refund you must first email and request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number no later than 15 calendar days from when you receive your product you want to return.  Include your name, order number, product description and reason for return in your email.  Only products which you received in an already broken or defective condition will be considered for returns and refunds.  If your return request is accepted and you receive an RMA number, you must ship the complete product and all its components, papers and original packaging in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way to the address given and write the RMA number on the outside of the package.  You must include a tracking number when you return ship your item to us and email that tracking number to us.  Return shipments without tracking numbers will not be accepted.  All shipping costs and fees when shipping back a returned product are the sole responsibility of the buyer.  We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  Return requests initiated more than 15 days from when you received your product will not be accepted.  Return requests for products more than 15 days after you received them will not be accepted.

If you never received your product at all, a full refund may be issued after 30 days have passed from the date your product was shipped out to you.  Email with your name, order number and which product(s) of your order you did not receive.

IMPORTANT:  If a refund is granted, refunds will ONLY be sent to the exact method of payment and account originally used for the purchase or order being refunded.  Example, a credit card used for purchase would receive a refund back to that exact credit card or a PayPal account used for purchase would receive a refund back to that exact PayPal account.  If it is not possible to refund the exact payment method and account used for the purchase or order being refunded, then a replacement item or store credit will be issued at the discretion of
